Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Blackjack Boss mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Jackhammer Labs LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

3. Virtual Chips and In-App Currency

The Service uses virtual chips ("Green Chips" and "Gold Chips") which have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any real currency. Daily bonus chips are provided free of charge. Tournament buy-ins are denominated in virtual chips only. Any prizes awarded are in virtual chips unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Jackhammer Labs LLC.

We reserve the right to adjust chip balances, prize amounts, and in-app economy values at any time.

4. Tournament Rules

Participation in tournaments is subject to the Tournament Rules posted within the application, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify tournaments at any time. In the event of a technical failure that affects tournament integrity, Jackhammer Labs LLC may void results and refund buy-ins at our sole discretion.

5. Account Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software.
  • Collude with other players to manipulate tournament outcomes.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or gain unfair advantage.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, with no refund of virtual chips.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and trademarks within the Service are owned by or licensed to Jackhammer Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JACKHAMMER LABS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JACKHAMMER LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
